How Do You Like Your Hummus?
In honor of International Hummus Day on May 13th, Go Health is sharing their signature recipe to help fans celebrate by eating hummus for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
Go Health Hummus
- 2 cloves of garlic crushed or finely chopped
- 400g can chickpeas strained and rinsed well
- 40g lemon juice
- 2 Tblspn tahini
- 1-2 Tblspn olive oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Add all ingredients to a blender or bullet and mix until desires consistency is achieved
To serve sprinkle with paprika and drizzle of olive oil.
Add half a finely grated beetroot to make a pink hummus!
