WA Plastics Ban
From July 1, some plastic items will be banned in WA.
- Plastic shopping bags
- Disposable plastic utensils or foodware, and
- Expanded polystyrene foodware.
This ban applies to all businesses and organisations which operate in WA:
- Restaurants,
- Cafes,
- Cars,
- Takeaway food shops,
- Party suppliers,
- Supermarkets,
- Packaging suppliers
- And more.
Many of our shops will be transitioning to comply with the new laws, so we ask that you be patient with any changes.
